In a franchise fast food restaurant consistency is paramount. This steak 'n Shake delivers. It is clean, the employees are courteous and professional, and the manager was Tops very friendly very accommodating. Just a wonderful flavorful fast food experience.
I don't know what happened at this location, but the drive thru service is almost on par with a chik fil a these days. And while I don't mind the friendly service, I don't even need all that as long as my order is correct and the last few times I've been there they've been quick and my food has been correct, hot and packaged so well.
The service and attitude of the people is now second to none. 100% improvement in a little over a year. Love going to SNS now.
